These terms govern your use of adagi.blog and your purchase of our digital products (the “Products”: the Guide in section 2 and the Pack in section 2A). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Ada Gen Intel LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. “You” means the person using the site or buying. By using the site or buying a Product you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or buy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Using the site
You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site, try to access it without permission, or copy and republish its content except as these terms allow. Site content is information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
2. The digital guide
We sell “Run a Team of Claude Agents: Guide + Templates” (the “Guide”) for $24 USD, as a digital download. Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect, which we will show at checkout.
- Delivery. After payment, you receive access to the Guide at the download link shown after checkout and in your Stripe receipt or email. If you do not receive it, email ada.genintel@gmail.com and we will send it.
- License. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Guide and its templates for yourself or inside your own business. You may adapt the templates for your own use.
- Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, share, post or publish the Guide or its templates (in whole or in substantial part), or use them to build a competing product. We keep all rights in the Guide not expressly given to you.
2A. The AI Policy & Shadow-AI Pack
We sell the “AI Policy & Shadow-AI Pack” (the “Pack”), a set of editable templates, for the price shown at checkout, as a digital download. Prices exclude any taxes we are required to collect, which we will show at checkout.
- Delivery. After payment, you receive a link and password to a download page. Download and save your copies. If you have a problem accessing the files, email ada.genintel@gmail.com and we will try to help.
- License. One purchase gives one organisation (a single company, nonprofit or other entity, including its staff) a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy, edit and use the Pack inside that organisation. Consultants and advisers need one purchase for each client organisation they use it for.
- Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, share outside your organisation, post or publish the Pack or its templates as templates (in whole or in substantial part), or use them to build a competing product. A policy you have adapted and adopted for your own organisation may be shared with your staff, contractors, auditors and advisers. We keep all rights not expressly given to you.
- Not legal advice. The Pack is a template. It does not make your organisation compliant with any law, regulation or standard, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer.
3. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a Product, email ada.genintel@gmail.com within 14 days after your purchase and ask for a refund. We will refund the full price, no questions asked, to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of your request. After 14 days we are not required to give a refund, unless the law says otherwise. If a file is defective and we cannot fix it, we will refund you at any time.
Please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank, so we can resolve it quickly.
4. The Guide is unofficial
The Guide is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” and related names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the software the Guide discusses. Software, services and prices change; the Guide may become out of date, and your use of any third-party product is subject to that product’s own terms.
5. Security reviews
Launch Security Reviews are a separate business service. They are governed only by the Launch Security Review Terms, which you accept when you order, and not by sections 2, 2A and 3 of these terms. If these terms and the Launch Security Review Terms conflict on a security review, the Launch Security Review Terms control.
6. Disclaimer
THE SITE AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise any particular result from using a Product, including any legal or compliance outcome, and you are responsible for how you use it, including any AI tools, costs and outputs. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of this may not apply to you.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT PRODUCT (OR $24 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR TO ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
8. Governing law and disputes
Minnesota law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting a formal claim, send us written notice at ada.genintel@gmail.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it in good faith. Any dispute not resolved in that time will be decided by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules, by one arbitrator, seated in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with hearings by video allowed. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek an injunction in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, to protect intellectual property. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights that the law of your home state gives you and that cannot be waived.
9. General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor to our business. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the site and the Products. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date; a change applies to later use and purchases and does not change a purchase already made. Tell us about any problem at ada.genintel@gmail.com.
